no need to pay if u wanna cancel la. i got a fren which send 2 email to them and say how useless the magazine it is+ he also mention he is nt interested in this kind of magazine, after that they cancelled it. thats it.

You will not get a full refund of $14.
If you do not want to receive your pioneer magazine, you need to contact your chief clerk and request him/her for an opt-out form to fill up saying you want to cancel the pioneer magazine subscription.
Do it about 2-3 months before you ORD.... so that you will not receive pioneer magazine from them. Must double confirm with them before you ORD.
Best is to have an OA account, plus counter cc your boss, your chief clerk's boss and print out the email that you have sent to the chief clerk in hardcopy (as evidence) so that you can scream at your chief clerk and CMPB Finance if they deduct $14 from your last pay.
The $14 deduction is deducted from the serviceman's last month allowance.... 30 cents per copy..... those who do it later can call 1800-367-67-67 to make an enquiry.... but those 30 cents you have received previously... i am sorry the amount refunded of $14 is then deducted by the number of issues you have already received...
