ever wonder why condoms are placed so near the cashier in the supermarket? Heard is to prevent pilfering by red-faced teenies. Have u ever thought of buying them out of curiosity but never dared to? Are u embarrassed to buy condoms?
As for me.. the answer is 'yes'. esp so when I buy nothing but a packet cd. so i never done it. If next time i got married and need to buy...perhaps i have to buy like tons of groceries to 'cover up' hoping that the cashier will not take a second look at me. :embarrassed: -

Anyway i can still remember once when i was looking at this new brand of condoms at Watson, and this Malay salesguy came up to me n recommended it..
Hahahah the best thing was, he asked me to tell him my opinion after using it... Kinda cool huh..

Oh, i will dashed off like hell if my fren is buying.
once, i was with a gal n a guy. We wanted to give tat guy a pack of condom for april's fool present. But both of us were so embarrassed tat we gave him cash and told him to buy himself.
When he was out of the pharmancy, he took out the condom from the plastic bag and.....
i run off from my left side, my fren runs off from her right side....leaving him alone holding the condom high up in the air.
haha....he is now my bf.

Well, it aint embarassing at all, but i hate the way the cashier looks at u if u r some kind of sex maniac when u purchase one. Dont get me wrong, i only bought french caps for five times only and all for my friends when they reached 18 as a sick present.
And the best thing is, one of them actually opened up and filled one with water at Starbucks and began playing with it and throwing it around attracting alotsa attention. The other was making balloons out of them. Now that's embarassing!
The other time was i was buying a drink when a lady in front of me bought the large pack of condoms. Imagine, a lady buying such a large pack and dont feel embarassed at all.
Its better to be safe than to be sorry! -

come to think again, there's nothing dirty with buying condoms, just that it's been associated with having sex. However sex is not dirty in the first place.
Sex is created by God to improve intimacy between husband and wife. It's like a glue which binds the couple together. Maybe sex has been associated too much and wrongly with pornography, pervertism and such, it's considered a taboo to discuss in the general public without causing much aversion.
I know it's not dirty, so why am i feeling embarrassed? Anyone care to explain? -

I'll elaborate...
Do u feel deep down inside that pre-marital is good? Maybe a yes for instant gratification, but other than that, I dun feel good having pre-marital sex. It has it consequences. Personally, sex is something reserved for after marraige.
So to buy condoms would be imply that I'm having pre-marital sex.(who in the proper mind would buy cd as balloon!) So this is why I'm red-faced. If I'm married, probably I'll be not.
