  Got 1 kukuhead,who think the scratch and win cards can be accumulated.

  He thought,he won the 1st prize.

  Worst of all,he thought that the cards can be accumulated.

  He got 93 cards.

  So,he 93 X $10000 = $930000.

  If can accumulate,I wish I work in Mediacorp.

  $10000 X1000=$10,000,000=Toto biggest prize win by 1 person
