Black Band on my forehead

This black band came about because i applied a medicine to remove those æ±—æ–‘
and now i am stuck with it
How do i get rid of it?

a lot of things actually no need see doctore can cure one. like my friend got one bloated scare from pimple explosion. then last CNY he ate lots of mandarin oranges during CNY eve all the way until the 15th. everyday at least eat 3 mandarin oranges since then those fruits come into abandanuce and many use it for show intsead of really consuming them. after that the bloated scare gone.
also today the doctor check me up and seeing i doubt their professionalism he ask me to listen to my blood pressure myself. siao. the unit he using is manual air pump one and unlike degital new tecnhology that will auto show irregular heartbeat he ask me to list to my own irregular heart beat.
fYI if there is irregualr heartbeat the pulse blood pressure readuing taken whether mercury meter or digimatic iwill be no true. so the right way for doctors to do before starting to pump the pressure after wrapping the strap over your upper arm is to listen to patient's heartbeat first. if irregualr instruct patience to settle down and down be so tense. talk or chat to them for a while before taking the reading. if still cannot have to wait 2-3 min before taking another eading as you have applied pressure on the arm already when attenpting to take the initial reading.
blood pressure xxx / yyy is the pressure within a heartbeat / the pressure between heartbeats. like below:

1 > 2 is a heartbeat. the x reading denotes the pressure taken between the rise '1' and fall '2' of a heartbeat. ----------- is the pressure taken before the next heartbeat starts. so readings are like 110 / 70, 130 / 80 etc.

remember. do a search on causes of high blood pressure. never always trust some doctors who wants you to pay and pay for their rental, TV and power usage, air-con bills, high foreign labor costs and asspensive furnishings. exercise, eat healthy, think positive and avoid medication unless you really have to.

Only way is to exfoliate often and use whitening productsYou can try lemon juice as they have mild whitening properties but can't do it often as it can be very drying

the main problem is we mind our appearance too much. if we get over this mental barrier black bands on the face or not means nothing.
just like doc tell you high blood pressure is a silent killer. look me in the eye, you are staring at one. think people hear this phrase will scare pay for medication? its the internet digital age. some docs think bullsheeting to my parents generation arh?
