  can someone help the people in my company. everytime IC fail e.g 'cannot login' the MP technician will write the fault 'cannot login' and reject think very smart. return to manufacturer test sure either no fault found, or if there is fault sure is damaged component already. that's why IC distributors very easy to do 1. root cause very difficult to find and if the aprt's been damaged just say user handling. user side sure say everything is okay follow rules and regulation.
