Hi, I am a sg boy, primary 5. Today I got caning by my school's discipline master because I throw water from my water bottle to the girls in my school.. The prefect, she very bad, sent me to the DM's office for caning..
Will I have a bad record for my future when I look for jobs?

You were excessively punished. Splashing water on girls is not that a serious misdemeanour. Canning should only be for very serious cases.

What you do about the excessive punishment will influence you for the rest of your life. What you do about injustice around you. You just accept it, or you protest against it.
Be a fighter, inform you parents, go to the school and demand an explanation from the principle and the DM, report to MOE, ensure that the DM is disciplined too.
or be a walk over, accept that you are not good enough, so must avoid trouble, and keep a low profile.

Most easy. You can approah the Member of Parliaments for help regarding the Legal matter and file a safety protection against the discipline master. Sue him. Only the singapore government can cane u not him. Go and examine your injuries and sue him to court. Go on hunger strike and pulish in straits times. Raise public awareness.

ya, canning will not solve problem, it will only make a child lose morale and sense of belonging, what are the school counsellors for?? eat shit?Sue them, your parent may get a huge amount of money thru outside settlement. Ask for $10,000 per stroke of cane.
