empty street between cck and bkt gombak mrt

everytime i ride mrt passing this place between choa chu kang and bukit gombak, i see from the train an empty street like letting people learn driving.
what is the place for? is it a military place? -

yeah.... me think so.
i think is keat hong camp too, the road is for saf drivers training....... last time used to call Supply & Transport something like that......
I go keat hong to collect my army barang last time when i'm enlisted......
