how does HDB ensure the quality of DBSS HDB?

  How does HDB ensures the quality of  design,build and sell scheme building quality ?

  Mine is not under dbss but the new one we live have so many defects! Where got quality?

  the 1980s HDB flats had QC problems..

  Nowadays, hdb flats are built in blocks. Very fast. But the quatlity isnt that good. Many defects! Windows problem, toile bowl problem, tap problems, door problems, wall also...sigh!

  How can HDB ensure the quality of a 3rd party contractor? To me, DBSS flats are flats built by a private contractor who bought the land from HDB, period.

  I am sick of hearing people foot step, furniture dragging and hammering on top of me. I wish I can live in a house wif a garden and car driveway. I want to be able to go to my car in the driveway without having to take the elevator down n walk to the car.

  Seriously that's even how Japanese car assembly work. Toyota does not manufacture e parts, they get from SMEs. They're macham the assemblers nia.

  But seriously speaking, typically if you want to hurry the quality will be compromised. That's why simi Cheaper Better Faster is simply a misaligned formula
