Hi guys, does anyone experience laggy internet/3G service?
I'm having some terrible experience regarding M1 3G service. Personally, I'm having zero reception for 3G at my home in Sembawang, as well as many other places. The service is really laggy more than half the time.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Because from what customer service told me, this problem is inevitable and you are unlucky if you live in the "blind spot" areas of these service providers.

One more blind spot is the MRT tunnel between outram and tiong bahru, even singtel can't reach you there.
And kovan heartland mall cold storage, bread section, no one can hear you scream there.

True, I tell you what can flood a network antenna so bad, you can't make outgoing or recieve incoming calls. An army camp full of reservists just came back from 4 day 3 night outfield.

i have both orange and green.
my orange currently gets me an avg speed of 5kbps. worse than dialup.
green is good. my download speed is 1.5mbps. but very unstable. every 10mins will lose reception.

M1 purchased the new cable from govt. So technically speaking, in terms of speed roam and coverage should be the best...
but.....

I'm using a 21 mps mobile stick but at times i hardly can receive 100 kbps of data.
All the service provider need to improve on their hard ware before we user can enjoy uninterrupted services.

starhub is good! so far the best service provider in my point of view.
m1 just practically sucks cos your reception will easily hit 1 or 2 bars only.
singtel have lots of hidden cost and sometimes will just pop a bill for some weird stuff. so if u use singtel, better check ur bill every month.
