List of degree courses recognised by government sector

  Does anyone know where to find a list of all the degree courses that are recognised by the Singapore Government to work in the civil service?

  I heard that the civil service sector don't recognise some universities so for those people that take a degree from these universities, it is not recognised and they can only use their diploma taken from a polytechnic to apply for jobs in the civil service and get a diploma salary.

  I saw this www.easb.edu.sg which is quite a reputable pte school in singapore offering degree programmes from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, University of Wales Institute, Cardiff and University of southern Queensland.

  Anybody know if the civil service recognise these 3 universities?

  If its engineering degree courses, anything recognised by the PEBS is sufficient.

  They usually recognise the big 3.... NUS, NTU, SMU.
  
  Unless you are a foreigner, the big 3 is a major criteria when they wanna hire you.

  I am not talking about the big 3 lah including SIM.

  I am talking about reputable pte schools in singapore such as PSB Academy, MDIS, TMC Academy, EASB etc that offer degree programmes whether these degree graduates are recognised by the govt when they apply for civil service jobs anot..

  I am not talking about engineering.

  Normal degree programmes from business school..
