Is it legal to install solar panels outside my window?

  Hi, I live in an HDB appartment, and I was wondering if it is legal to install photovoltaic panels outside of my window.

  Oh nothing too huge, 200ft by 200ft.

  from my course of studies. one that's mono crystalline, about 20 cm by 5cm produces around 4-5V and 1.5A under irradiance of 1000

  efficiency will degrade as temp increases.
