Some time ago I went to the Subordinate Court to lodge a Magistrate's Complaint.
The Magistrate seemed like he was telling me off when he inquired me about what I think the Respondent's alleged offence is and how I derived at my conclusions. Then he seemed rather disinterested in letting me elaborate.
Obviously he dismissed my complaint and so I guess I have no way to seek redress against the Respondent.
Does anyone ever experience such thing?
Does a Magistrate have the right to behave as if he is some big shot?
Is he allowed to talk to me as if he is better than me?
Is there a way for me to complain about him?
MP lor.
Next time, if you go to court, i recommend you Magistrate Justice Bao, he will treat you better, but if you make him mad, then his assistants can slap your buttock 100 times
Was it with the way you talked to the judge
"Is there a way for me to complain about him?"
