$60k cash & $45k CPF

  Hi,

  I am a poor guy who is trying to buy an apartment in SG. I only have $60k in cash and $45k in my CPF account. Can anyone advise, with this money, what type of apartment can I afford to buy? Is the money enough for the down payment for a 300k apartment?

  Any advices wll be much appreciated.
