Quite a number of our government agencies outsource their call centre to pte companies.
There are a few govt call centres such as cpf board, MOM, Nparks, BCA, ACRA etc
Anybody knows which are the call centres that are outsourced to pte companies and what are the names of the pte companies that take over the call centre?
