man in uniform took pic of my bike outside ICA

  hi all, just wanna share my experience and asked if anyone has experienced this before. today i alighted my friend outside of ica in the red bus lane and this man, like a security guard, stood in front of my bike and captured a photo of my bike and walked away. he was dressed in brown/yellow uniform. anyone encountered this before? please share, i am very anxious about what's gonna happen. although i hope nothing happens. thanks for your time!

  Best case scenario: You get posted on STOMP.

  Worst case scenario: The photo gets sent to TP.

  Most awesome scenario: You get STOMPed, then you get a TP summons.
