I brought 6 illegal xbox games n 7 illegal movie dvds (no porno). Does any1 know what the penalty is?

They will send the DVD to the censorship board for clearance.
If it is clear they will call you to collect, but must pay a fee.
If it is porn or offensive material, you will be charged.
Non offensive pirated material they may give chance, and just confiscate them.
For pirated DVD, so far only those selling are charged, those who have one or two pieces have not been charged. Usually they go for the big fish.

GREAT INFO! Thanks a lot! but the problem is that i bought 13 illegal discs...6 xbox games n 7 movies (no porno). So it's quite a lot ya. Wonder if i will b given just a warning will do....

Our public libraries also use pirated dvds and pirated games also didn't get caught. Then why should you worry?

okies..so i would most probably just get a warning ya? at least i din buy porno..just that 13 discs may b a bit too many.....

Oh my, that's so bad. I haven't bough a pirated DVD in ages. I used to when I was younger but I stopped. I just realized that it's not doing us any good at all.
