when u guys shop for shorts or pants or jeans, do u put the waistband around ur neck?
do u loop the waistband around ur neck to determine whether it can fit
or not, before bring it to the fitting room to try, or buying it w/o
trying on? coz circumference of neck = half of waist measurement.
when i do that, sometimes ppl or SA give me the weird look. maybe they though i m trying to strangle myself with the garment.
i always do that coz i m very slim, n so most of the time i will have to take the smallest size available.
sometimes i get the women's shorts (if it does not look too skimpy) coz
the smallest size of the men's shorts is still too big (especially with
european cutting).
tsssskkzzz
for a moment i thought u are going to start a new fashion statement of hanging trousers' waistband round your neck.. lol
depending on your body size n shape, if u are a beanstalk then u could do that to get the measurement, but for a person who is curvy, its not going to get a accurate fitting.
its ok for guys to wear women's pants.. especially those super skinny leg, looks good on guys as well.
but i would reccomend u to try it before buying because with the current trend of pants, sometimes its abit hard to figure out how it would look as a whole, not only the waist measurement matters.
I do that too, when the shop hv no fitting rooms
i dont
bcos bery pai kua
infact some sales staff do that ![]()
