Uh, not sure if you can offer support on this issue but...Last week, I signed up for POSB GO! and DBS Visa Debit Card. They came through the mail today. Now, I'm not very clear on how to activate them. Do I insert them through the machine using my existing pin from my ATM card? P.S I didn't check the "replace my current ATM card" when I registered.
aiyo, just call them up and check lah, u can locate the card center number on the letter that come with the card right?
The card always come with instructions if activation is needed.
The PIN will be sent separately to you.

Your pin will arrive separately from your new card. Wait a few days :)
Dont use your old pin or your new card may be locked out.
Your old card will be still functional.

Thanks. I suppose I could use that new pin to change into my current one. Less numbers to remember.
Oh and there's an acknowldge slip with the letter. Should I mail it?
I never remembered needing to mail anything when i received my card not long ago.. i guess if instructions in letter never write should be it.
But i had problems using the new card to withdraw money right after i receive the new pin. If you experience same then just go into the bank and ask the officers there.
Yup, yup. That's what I plan to do with it.
Also, a friend said I could just put in my regular ATM card, then there is an option to activate your debit card, then it will ask you for the new card. Gonna try that later.
