What are you doing with kyat in the first place? Should've gotten rid of it in Myanmar.
That said I wouldn't be surprised if the Myanmar airport counters give you the world's shittiest rate.
I wonder if you can auction off this kyat on ebay to the highest bidder.
Failing that you can wait around with it at the hospital or ask your MP for advice.
I changed S$1,000 to kyat in the airport only to realize tat ppl there prefer US$ other than patronizing the local shops.
