If any of you use the computers at any Public Library in Singapore, you will notice that it is dreadfully slow. I believe that the libraries are deliberately keeping them slow, either by not upgrading their hardware or using whatever unknown application so as to make us top-up our pre-paid accounts repeatedly.
Better get the FBI onto this one...
The computer there are slow, I feel that too.
They just allow people to surf the net, and lack simple wordprocessing software. At least, if they want people to use there, they can install some open-source word processing software for people who wants to do reports or research there.
