Americans, european, korean, japanese, thai girls all love those brandname. That's normal for the women.
Interestingly, there is a poll stated that 80% of those brandname bags are gifts which bought buy men.

That's a general statement I suppose. Maybe the girls around you are like that.. many of my female friends are not the way you described.

agree with Wayne. Are your female friends like that? Till today the only branded stuff i own is a Tods loafers for comfort. Is that branded? I do have a good amount of "want-list" ranging from Miu Miu to Mulberry to Jeffery Cambell's but i know those are not practical. I do not see a point of buying a chanel that require me to save up to 2-3 mths worth of my pay cheque, some girls are able to part with their $$ but not me, i rather use it for holidays and good food.
