first of all. we cannot forget their contibution to sg. they hold hands,that is their culture. we cannot comment on it. so u think sg culture is very good?wear slippers and sandles go everywhere. if u look at those overseas forum posted by those ang mo and chinese, they are laughing at us for being proud and country of slipper.

You guys need to understand india more. The caste system is just the tip of the iceberg.
In india, all indian races greatly dislike other indians. North indians hate south indians, south indians don't like north indians. Tamils don't like gujaratis. Punjabis say they don't trust sindhis.
Ask any of them, they seldom have a nice word to say to each other.
That's the difference between singapore and india indians.

they are specialised in their field, programming or stats or what
