To chime in about my studies about caste system. This was a topic of my interest too and spent some time in India studying about it.So here it goes:
It was started initially as a way to ensure the counstry works wel i.e there is always a balanced group of people for every trade/profession. But later it was very compartmentalised and all this crap came on with superiority/inferiority complex. All the guys who wanted to be a leader made their own divisions and then the whole system became bad as we know it today. In nutshell it was a great idea but destroyed by the people who upheld it. More like the Duke,Serf system which existed in Europe.
Recently my company requested a group of mumbai vendors to our company for 2 months. During their stay, they are friendly and even know my names dispite chatting with them only 1 to 2 days.
Not all are proud.
Really depends on where they really comes from and settle here.

Exactly, it is just another animal farm stories, but this time, the animals are different, you got india buffalos, cows etc etc. Many rulers in truth, rule with a velvet gloves, but the hands inside these gloves are usually sinking and the most dirtiest.

My indian supplier who supply us with indian walker whiskey sent a working staff here, to show our commitment and better business future, I place him in Ritz, he came full of pride, as tho, he know everything, told me about his great achievement in india, then that night, he called me, I asked him what happen, you need a lady? He said no, but he dunno how to turn the tap in his bathroom, so I told him to call the hotel service staff, he said, he dunno how to press the electronic pad in his room, so I ask him to go down and ask, he said it shameful to ask, so end up I go Ritz and on the tap, which is touch controlled, for him, then, show him how to off it, so that he dun come and call me again in the middle of the night when I am busy doing something.
Like this also can, but what to do, business mah, even stoopid people like him also can exist, full of priden boosting, but actually dunno nothing.

If you alway watch bollywood movie - you be arrogant also . They have fat actor kicking the ass of the whole army better then rambo then dance and shake their fat and girl love him .
also lots of bollywood showing they must fight for little things if not they are being oppress !!!

Are you referring to the Hindi Bollywood market, the Marathi Bollywood market, the Bengali Bollywood market, the Tamil Bollywood market, or the Telugu Bollywood market ? These are the 6 biggest Bollywood markets in India. The statement that you mention does not exactly reflect the whole market.
