Lower back ("Lumbar") support. Useful? Where to buy?

  Are lumbar support cushions proven to be good for the lower back?

  I, as with many other office workers in Singapore, spend a lot of time sitting down in office cubicles. Sometimes lower back pain after long day at work. 

   

  need suggestions about ways to improve posture and reduce the pain.

  if possible, please tell me which shops i can buy those lower back support cushions from? thanks!

  That's why I never took a "sit in office" job, now I am as healthy as a horse.

  You can buy it a watson, guardian. It is quite comfortable to sit on. But frequent walking is better.
