microsim change to normal sim

  I wanna give my iphone4 to my brother but i am using microsim. 
  
  If i want to change it back to normal sim card, whats the fastest way and least down time possible???
  
  Anyway i am using M1..

  which means if i buy that i can use that to cut my brother normal sim to micro sim and use the adapter for my microsim in a normal phone e.g. nokia samsung?
