Recession good or bad

  if recession occurred, first time hdb flat buyers are going to benefit
  
  construction industry will prospers (those work in the industry would be recssion proof)
  
  becos gahmen going to build more hdb flats
  
  those whom brought EXPENSIVE hdbs flats -good luck if u are not retrenched
  
  those whom are OPPORTUNISTS would be happy becos they will used money to buy CHEAP property and SELL them when the economy is back on track
  
  1997 the share prices all drop after some year all went up
  
  it is the time for one to ponder what to do YOUR own life

  During the recession the poor get poorer. After the recession the rich get richer.

  This is because the poor gets greedy during the good times and buy high and  quickly sell low during the recession. The rich during the good times sell when the price is going up to the poor and wait for the recession then buy low again.

  This cycle goes on for millineum.

  If all monies of the world is divided and distributed equally to each and everyone on this earth, very soon, the situation would be back to square one.

  Some people know how to accumulate. Some people know how expend. Some know how to produce. Some know how to destroy. Many are inbetween.

  Recession like war is a business. Idiots are screwed over and over again. if you really want to escape from this rat race, look deeper. Find a rich guy as a mentor rather than an academically qualified.

  Plus being good or bad, as a mentor of mine out it, everything is an opportunity. Just has to be seen/used the right way.

   

  PS: As an example do you really think the new environment conciousness/push to Bio/reducing pollution came out of good heart of a corporation? It's just a new Bus. segment and a reason to increase price, nothing more.

  I like recession, during my school day recess time, we alway got free Milo ping and kong guan biscuit to munch on...so tasty.
