Hi all, my sis wanting to get a small home fire extinguishers after seeing tiny smoke coming out from a lightbulb ~~
1. I saw this website www.vertsolutions.com.sg . Is this best to buy it from?
2. And what is the weight or information needed for home used?
3. How long usually it last?
Cos the website stated their extingusihers working pressure/temperature etc..i dont even have a clue whether is standard list. hehe

Just get a cute cute can one from giant, carrefour, or those giant NTUC outlets. No need to worry about anything else. Next thing you want is a halon gas dispersion system for your kitchen., with self pressure relief dampers, so it doesn't blow your windows, and doors to pieces when it goes off.

i dun think there is any mandatory requirement for residential properties - but commercial is a must...
but no harm to enhance fire safety...may be a 2.5 kg will do for the whole house...and put it in a safe and cool place away from children's reach...

got those suitable/not suitable for electric fires so must be careful right?

buy smoke detector n install on the ceiling, a 1/2 ~ 1 kg fire extinguisher or a gud length of water hose with a gun or if your water gun can shoot 6m n last 1/2 hr
or buy fire insurance

oh yah.. after buying one, once in a while, go check the gauge to ensure it is still okay
