I will be doing on the declining number of people speaking dialects for my fyp. What are ur view on it ?
Personally, I feel that the dialect is important to Chinese culture, and
our 'true' mother tongue is our dialect and not mandarin. I scared in
the future dialect might be gone in Singapore.
and most teens these days are v.'westernised'
even if they know dialect, i bet is just the vulgarities Hahaha.
