Aftermath Indian Curry Incident

This happened a few days ago while shopping the my partner. No names will be mentioned for obvious reasons. We step into a shop to buy stuff and there was a sales person who attended us. She is a Malaysian Chinese. Very important that you remember that. She was doing her normal duties when suddenly another customer step in. You could tell immediately that this customer was from China.But she was unusually angry and irritable.This was the conversation that followed between the salesgirl and the customer . Salesgirl: Can i help y..... (cut off) Chinese Customer: Do you sell blah blah blah! (In a very loud and rude voice) Salesgirl: Hold on,let me check. (She left to check and the customer proceeded to glare DOWN on me and my partner...LOL!) Typical,I thought.Then salesgirl came. Salesgirl: Sorry,no stock. Chinese Customer:Don't lie! Just show me the product! Don't lie to me! (Her mainland chinese voice getting louder and louder) Salesgirl: I'm not lying.We really have no more stock for that item! (She was surprised by the customer's outburst and frankly,so was I) Chinese Customer:Don't lie! Don't lie! You think I don't have money,is it!!?? Show me the item! I got alot of money! (At this point,I remembered the recent incident with the Indian Curry) Salesgirl: Please lower your voice.I really don't have this item! (She was clearly getting agitated as well.) After another minute or so,the chinese customer finally stormed out the shop loudly.I then ask the salesgirl whats going on and she was as clueless.( By the way,my partner and I are regulars to the shop so we know each other) This chinese customer must have been treated rather poorly by previous shop owners. I mean,I know that these people from china can be a rather obnoxious lot (LOL) but this was really over the top.Something really bad must have triggered this behaviour. I personally believe that this is an aftermath of the"Indian Curry" incident.The people here are getting involved whether they knew the incident or not! Just to be clear.I'm not taking sides.I just hate rude unreasonable people and I believe so do you.This is just another one of those million and one reasons why its getting harder and harder to get along with each other. Writer of this message is making a mountain out of a molehill. Incidient has nothing to do with curry case. Other same incidents happen before curry case.

Yep, definitely a bad shopping experience in the past. Even so, she didnt have to react like that, she just proved what preconceptions others have formed about them

I apologise greatly. My assumptions have offended some of you.This was written NOT to stir up old news but to maybe share a little fear of mine. A fear that such experiences will spread to many more people and thus lead to much more unhappiness here. I used that incident as a reference because I believe many others would recall it under similar circumstances as well.After recalling such an incident,I believe a majority of us would choose to only reinforce that belief to others.Whether it be a positive or negative ideal is different with every individual though in this situation it is most likely to be a negative one. Again,I apologise...LOL . Thanks for sharing!
