click refresh or live version it's not the end of the world

Click on live version brings me to the same offline mode. And no its not the end of the world.
But it does raise some concern on whether my laptop is functioning according to specifications. There can be a few reasons why the laptop can't log in but the desktop can. And I am just trying to isolate the problem. And identify probable causes thats all.

For cat sterilization with overnight stay,
1) Cat must be vaccinated a week prior to the procedure.
2) Cat must fast the night before, but Cat may be admitted into hospital for confinement to ensure fasting.Note to self. I always forget this.

Last I vaccinated a cat to prepare for sterilization, he disappeared on me a few days later.
Maybe he knew I was going to castrate him.
