where to buy gatsby hair dye and native shoes?

  1st one is Gatsby hair dye :( i've been looking at Watson or Guardian but dun c any (or maybe i miss it ) i want to bye the clear brown hair dye .

  Anyone know where else i can find it ? 

  2nd one is native shoes, the main site said that the store located in takashimaya but i miss it again :( i think i really suck at direction 4 sho

  anyone know which floor is it in ? or somewhere else sell it of course ^^
