market price for room rental

  Appreciate any advice on current market rental of a HDB common room for 2 persons:

  1. Bedok, 10 mins walk to mrt

  2. Includes cost of all utilities(water , elect & gas) and use of air con.

  2A. Includes cost of all utilities but not use of aircon.

  I believe the usual practise is that you will have to bear part of the utilities cost.

  i think now without aircon it's 500 and with aircon it's 600?

  not so cheap lah. $600 for single non-aircon room. utilities not included.

  Thanks guys, for the feedback. I managed to rent to a couple for a little over $700 with a/c.

  More importantly, they seem like nice & clean people (and they are not from China)

  My motel in joo chiat, $3k per month, better than condo, full room services, toilet attached, airconditioned, 24hrs room services including sex needs.

  Gst not included

  BF not included (another $500/person per month for BF)

  Laundry not included (laundry by piece rates)

  Free Wifi

  Free surfing of sgforum...

  Been looking for Room Rental. Have tried service from Hdb Rental Singapore service not bad.But wish to have other good contacts. Any reccomendation?

  AC for them, the monthly bill for you will be very high, they will switch on 24hrs at 18c.
