  How about Casio's Edifice series? Cheap and classy. May eat into your budget though, if you wish to get the nicer designs.

  Bugis, $10 only, from rolex to longines to tag hauer, you can buy 15 watches with $150, they might give you one more free. One wear for one month, can go on for a year more, worthy, somemore, every month new fashion and no need to change battery

  I think a watch tells others about your own persona. Just like comparing continental and Japanese/Asia made cars. If you want to stay in the mainstream, then Casio, Citizen or Seiko will not make a diff. If you want to be different, then you have to look at other makes.

  You can go walk-walk at Lucky Plaza basement, I think. There are a couple of shops there selling watches from Seiko to Rolex.
