  DJs talking so LOUDLY
  playing music/singing SO LOUDLY
  and the singers cmi
  it's noise pollution to the estate near it
  since 8 or 9am and it is STILL GOING ON NOW

  i want to complain

  who should I write to?

  i wrote to TC, NEA who refered my letter to the police force, i also wrote to MHA

  we will see

   

   

  hey c'mon people need peace or rest or to study over the weekend

  can't they go somewhere INDOOR
  or somewhere that's not near housing estates eg. Sembawang Park, Sentosa...
