  yes, especially if it's to a female. It's a chargeable offence in the eye of the law. That's Singapore.

  was chatting with this person and i said "i always like to do the opposite" in a somewhat joking manner.. and he say i have bloody attitude n when i tried to reason out he jus continued scolding me n cursing my family..
