  Given public transport fare is rising every year, there has to be other means of public transport

  I suggest the return of Ox-Carts, Horse Carriages

  the rest?

  to make public transport more efficient, we could tie elephants with loads of cargo on them

  Or, if the address is at a tricky place, we could use monkeys to deliever them

  Fedex could use my idea (monkeys) though

  I strongly believe ricksaw and trishaw is a good alternative. They are very environmental friendly, and anyone can be their own boss

  I believe without the need of petrol/diesel/clean energy, the cost for a ride from Jurong to Changi will be much cheaper.
