Do you remember Hougang Oriental Shopping Center?

  Hey, to jog some memories out there...

  Do you all remember the Hougang Oriental Shopping Center?

  I'm actually particularly looking for the crystal section where they used to sell those tiny crystal (or likely, glass) figurines for less than 10 bucks.

   

  Was just wondering if anyone remembered and probably could tell me where I can find something similar.

  I REMEMBER!!! The bustop is right infront of the shop right? Is it still there?

  Are you referring to the Oriental Emporium kast time along Upper Serangoon road?

  The building where oriental used to be is now Kovan heartland mall.

  The section where they sold what you just described was on the 3rd level, near the small section allocated to arcade games.

  Of course its not there anymore, because when it was, I was still in secondary school.

  i missed the hawker opp the oriental.. under a big tree.... miss them!
