  Hi, I have a friend who is a guy, he is 24 yrs old this year. He was from ITE and holding a Nitec cert. He proceeded to Higher Nitec therafter. However, he quit his Higher nitec after studying for a fe months. He then proceeded to NS after many months. He ORD in 2010 and has been jobless for 1.5 years already. Can anyone comment what will happen if he continues to be like that?
