Anyone got Singtel 3G error now?

I on my 3g now near sengkang compass height the arrow on the upload flash a few times then hang on to the up arrow , no download arrow. Anyone experience this error with singtel? Cant surf the net now nor play game.... sibei sianz

SingTel's 3G service disruptions caused by 2 unrelated incidents: Spokesman

SingTel mobile customers were hit by two service disruptions in as many days, prompting, an investigation by the authorities here.
Singapore's largest telco said its customers were 'impacted by two unrelated and intermittent incidents' on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, although they have since been fully resolved.
In a statement, a spokesman said the first problem lasted more than four hours and customers in some northern and western areas had difficulty using 3G mobile services such as data, voice and messaging.
The issue was traced to a hardware fault and the affected equipment has since been replaced.
