why need to arrive early for ceremony?

  bcos some ppl sure late

  organisers need to gather ppl and line them up

  give briefing

  if possible, squeeze in a rehearsal

  Heh, kanasai. Today I went there at 8.20am, sitted in the hall at 8.40. Waited until 9.20am for the VIP to arrive..

  This is prevent people from streaming in even after the VIP has arrived I guess. To avoid the commotion when some random persons enter when the ceremony has started. normally ceremony all that also requires some pre-registration for that.. so i guess there's delays here and there. Haha

  One of our MP actually didn't know that people have to reach early, and took her own time to the event. This was in the news months ago during GE.

  That is really ignorant lol. Either she's VIP all her life, or she has never attended/never been invited to any events before :P
