I never see before leh, but I see people use bluetooth or headphones.
I have a mobile phone, and it is for my benefit. I use it to contact people, to serve my purpose.
If I am jogging, or doing walking exercise, I bring the mobile, but switch it off.

you can or may use it after you finished your jog.
but chatting on the phone while jogging is ridiculous.
I use my running app on my smartphone when I go running. I just like to keep track of my running distances.
I also listen to MP3s on my phone while I'm running.
That said, when there's an incoming call, I immediately stop running, go off to one side, and take the call. Simply put, I can't speak properly if I'm huffing and puffing.

i wonder too how the other party can take it.
it can burn alot of calories but increase heart failure. for those having breast, the radiation that mix with the chemical reaction while jogging might generate hell lot of potentially damaging nutrient. for those having groin, it may affect reproductiveness and developing cancerous cell ![]()

just a few seconds and you can hear him panting.
Panting is good, it could be his or her coach unable to make it, so give him courage and motivation to jog on...thru phone

Listening to music on your smartphone is very draining on thebatteries particularly Iphone.
then joggin in open space, later lightning strike on hp, he can continue to jog and talk in hell. I can burnt icharger for him
usually I go jogging also bring phone but because I cannot afford a handphone, I usually carry on a school bag inside a pay phone and some coins in my pocket... so if i need to make phone call, i take out my pay phone and insert the coins to make phone call...
