Hey,
I've been travelling recently and have returned to Singapore with a hairstyle of endemic proportions. (See Fig 1.)
Not currently part of a band, I've no choice but to drop the mop top--but I'd prefer to do so economically.
Is there somewhere in Singapore that offers free/cheap haircuts by trainee hairdressers trying out crazy new styles?
In Singapore, nothing is free. Even cut nail also hv to pay
