Noel failed to deliver hamper on time

My aunty whose her own boss in a company, ordered 12 hampers from Noel, each costing $100+ on 12 Jan 2012 to be delivered to her customers and relatives. I am one of her relatives so she called on 19 Jan to check if we have received the hamper, we told her we didn't receive it. So she checked with Noel, who informed her that they missed out in the delivery and promised to deliver it the next day. But guess what? It still didn't arrive on 20th Jan. We have asked our aunt to get a refund, we have recieved her thoughts and that is enough, we shan't let Noel profit from their mistake. One would have thought that for a gift/hamper delivery company like Noel, timely delivery especially during the festives season is an important ethos. So far Noel has been disappointing, they have broken their promise and they were not even sincere in recovering from the mistake. On hindsight, it was a good thing that my aunty called to check, otherwise there may be mistakes made but went un-noticed. So if you ordered hampers from Noel, pl call to check with you customers, friends or family. Here is wishing you a Happy New Year!!

It was the executive in-charge of logistic or the rookie data admin that is in fault.
Used to worked with one of teams, and found that the logistic executives there aren't very sincere people in the business. Almost all admins are part-time staffs with only a handful of perm. I guess it's the rookie admin that key into the system aren't familiar with the system, hence cause the hamper not to be delivered.Happy New Year to you too

my supplier order a hamper for me from humming house
they wanna deliver to my house on 14 Jan but I was away in Desaru
next day (Sun) ard 9+am their hamper arrived promptly
I was glad to receive it & my company receive same hamper next day
