Hello guys:
I've a question here. I wanted to buy a Boker Subcom titan from eBay, but I'm not too sure if I will need to go to the cantonment / Paya lebar to collect. I used to buy Surefire flashlights and other stuffs etc from eBay but I haven't tried buying knives before. I read on internet that what buying knives some of you will end up going somewhere to collect, what cantonment or Paya Lebar etc. I'm not sure how the procedures goes. Can anyone tell me how I know if I need to go there collect anot? Will they like, send me a letter telling me I need to collect my knife etc?
First things first, welcome Alvinqk (can see this is your first post here).
I think it's better you let us know whats your intention for the knife. And well, I hope you're above 18yrs old too.
Basically, the gist is, if your knife/weapon does indeed get impounded, it'll head to Cantonment Police HQ Arms and Explosives Division. You'll have to call them to check if the item is in possession and basically they'll guide you from there. It's quite straight-forward if you're on the right side of the law.
don't worry................i ordered lightsabers from ebay also no problem mah.............
@ XKCobra,
Oh yes, I'm 21 years old this year. And my intention of buying the knife because I find the knife very nice. I had been wanting one of it very long ago. You mention about the Arms and Explosive division. So, I will have to call them myself? Like 1-2 weeks if I never receive the knife?
Yes don't worry...
