I write this after having a very embarrassing treatment by the wave house, sentosa bartenders.
I was at the wave house on the January 7, 2011 for the anniversary of wave house. It was around 7:30 pm and the bar was crowded with people, when i asked the bartender for a drink, she replied to me in a very rude manner "No drink for you, you spat in the ice tray", this comment was made a girl bartender. I replied that I had never done anything like that. She kept ignoring me, the people around me were now looking at me weird. I then told her that she was lying and I said that she was being racist, horrifyingly the bartender agreed and said that "yes, I'm racist". This she said with a smile on her face, which was very arrogant.
Nope, you shouldn't bring it to the manager. Bring it to the PR director instead. ![]()
Yeah. PR might want to save their face.
The PR director/manager are there to social with the customer.
most probably the PR guy will offer TS a drink
and make the bartender offer an apology too. :)
Why did you abuse her by calling her a "racist" ?
Did she say anything related to race ?
She said you spat on the ice tray, but she didnt mention anything else that is remotely relevant to race, but yet you goaded her and provoked her and you went personal with her by saying she is racist and she didnt like you.
You were just inviting trouble. You wanted to have an argument.
If you didnt spit on the ice tray, just explain it calmly and said she mistook you for someone else.
If you go down angry and personal like that, you are just dragging the both of you down and both of you would not be able to maintain composure or politeness, and that is precisely what happened.
So whose fault is that ?
I say 50% is your fault also.
Why you spit on tray? ![]()
All these very sensitive. If you do something that you think is right, probably will get into more trouble. The best is back out, unless you very experienced in handling this kind of situation.
Can understand how you feel. Nvr do anything wrong and kena accused.
