Lately, I have been very tense, physically and as well as mentally.
I was even sick, and I had been to the doctor, and I have a follow-up appointment on Tuesday.
But I still feel tense and unwell.
I have problem sleeping too. Last night I laid on the bed and tried to sleep, but couldnt, and time flew by, and then when I checked my watch, it was already one and a half hours since I laid down, so then I got up, grabbed a sandwich and surf a bit, to pass the time, and then I tried to sleep again.
Anyways it was a very terrible night. I didnt rest properly at all.
Today in the late afternoon, I fell ill with flu, so I took a flu medication.
I felt better because it stops my runny nose very fast, and now I only have a bit of sore throat and headache, and sleepiness from the medication.
I have been thinking that I cannot continue on like this, so I have to solve my tension problem and my insomnia problem.
I will mention all these to the doctor on my Tuesday appointment and ask for his advice.
But in the meantime, I have to take initiative and try to cure myself. I have made some lifestlye changes. Lately, I no longer cycle to the beach but just to the nearby park, because I dont want to make myself too active, so I can sleep better.
But it seems not enough.
So I have been thinking of getting a massage.
Across my home, there is a small mall.
In this mall, there is a massage place, but I have never been there. I wanted to go in and ask for their services, but I hesitate because I dont know whether this is a decent massage place or not ?
Is there a way to tell ?
This massage place is located at a quiet corner, it's a bit dark, and in front it is covered with a little curtain.
So I dont know.
I just want to have a slow and relaxing massage, in order to help me calm down and hopefully to help me sleep better. But I dont know how to determine whether this massage place is appropriate or not ?
Is there some code word that I can ask ? Or I just ask directly with some blunt language ? But will it be appropriate ? Will they get angry if I ask like that ? Anyways I myself feel awkward if I have to ask with a direct language. But what can I do ?
Thank you,
Just ask got special or not. Make sure your eyebrow move up two times when you ask.
Friend.....like that, if it is really just a massage place only with no special, that means I just make myself look like a stupid pervert. I dont feel good doing that. I can't ask directly like that. Is there any other way, like tell-tale signs indirectly ?
Anyways, if there is really no trick, maybe I really go and do like what you suggest. What to do.

simple... look and see if got personal room, if dun have, everything is done in the hall in transparent view, then it's likely to be clean. then to double confirm, wait for the masseurs to come out, if they are male or old non-attractive aunties, then the probability of it being a clean one increases dramatically.
if those people come out is china or hot seductive chicks, then erm, could be dirty.
this is rather a unique problem....
i call it the Baotic Syndrome....requiring Baotic Massage Technique
TS, u sure u really don't want the "special" or not
