I can't help mistaking Chindians for Malays sometimes. It's just that Chindians share a lot of common Malay traits, such as the eyes, skin colour, sometimes even the noses.... Officially, Malays are an Austronesian race... but I can't help wondering sometimes.
What are your thoughts ?
My thoughts are all human races originate from monkeys. Monkey + Monkey = Humans.
Chinese + Malay + Ang Moh = Harry Lee Kuan Yew. But of the three, Lee Kuan Yew is closest to ang moh.
penis + vagina = offspring. dont think too much la
my ex-classmate has full indian name
those relli long and hard to pronounce one
but she has total China face and bery fair skin
can speak chinese bery well
tt time 点 during lesson the teacher tot she was trying to play the fool
bastard?
I hate all humans, me inclusive.
a + b = c ?

As per topic
Chinese + Malay = Indian
Therefore,
Indian - Chinese = Malay
and
Malay - Indian = Chinese???
I think better care more about FT than our singaporean original race here

Not exactly, speaking in scientific terms lah. More like Chimpanzees + ??? = Humans.
There's a missing link in there somewhere.

Errrm okay. Interesting addition. If you're speaking in terms of mentality, I guess you're right on that one.

I get that a lot. Thanks.
Thinking isn't exactly a crime you know.

Some people think I am Malay, some think I am Burmese or Thai.
Then some people think I am from China.
So it does not matter as long as I am human.
Ahhh well, I wish it were as simple as that, honestly, I do. Society is complicated man. People judge you with their eyes these days, not their hearts. Only brown, black or other coloured people will truly understand.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! ![]()
As defined by the constitution of Malaysia, Malays must be Muslim, regardless of their ethnic heritage; otherwise, legally, they are not Malay. Consequently, apostate Malays would have to forfeit all their constitutional privileges, including their Bumiputra status, which entitles them to affirmative action policies in university admissions, discounts on purchases of vehicles or real estate, etc. It is legally possible to become a Malay if a non-Malay citizen with a Malaysian parent converts to Islam and thus claim all the Bumiputra privileges granted by Article 153 of the Constitution and the New Economic Policy (NEP), etc. However, the convert must "habitually speak the Malay language" and adhere to Malay culture. A textbook for tertiary Malaysian studies following the government-approved syllabus states: "This explains the fact that when a non-Malay embraces Islam, he is said to masuk Melayu (become a Malay). That person is automatically assumed to be fluent in the Malay language and to be living like a Malay as a result of his close association with the Malays."[21]

That's what I was talking about.
Some Chindians have full Indian names. They normally follow the father's side. Since the majority of Chindian marriages involve an Indian man and a Chinese woman, Chindian offspring usually get Indian names. Of course, this is not always the case.
Society also plays a part. If the Chindian offspring mixes with mostly Chinese friends, he/she will usually pick up more Chinese characters. The school plays a part as well.
My guess is that she was 101% Chindian with mostly Chinese- preference in terms of background. Just a guess.

It's nice to contemplate an alternate vision of reality. It helps nurture the creative mind. Not all facts are really facts.

C'mon, it was just a figure of speech, seriously.
Errr, and I don't think it will make a difference either way. There is no Singaporean race. 99.99% of the all Singaporeans can trace their recent roots to other countries.
Thus, the more appropriate term would be '' Singaporean society ''.

Thanks for sharing mancha.
I agree that the legitimacy of a Malay race is highly questionable. There are no REAL concrete features which define someone of Malay descent. As in the Malaysian constitution, one only need to speak Malay, practice Malay culture and embrace Islam to be classified as a Malay. I don't know if this is practiced in Singapore and Brunei though, but I'm guessing yes... in one way or another.
Likewise, if someone who has a father of Indian descent, a mother of Chinese descent, practices Malay culture, speaks Malay and converts to Islam; Isn't he a Malay then ? There is nothing in the definition which states that a Malay must have distinctive physical features. For example, the people of the Sinosphere have those distinctive eyes and facial features. Those in India have distinctive Aryan features, like long noses for example. And of course, everyone here knows how people of African descent look like.
I don't know if everyone gets to see the full picture. But I sincerely hope you guys do, or at least, think about it.
Yeah, my chindian classmate also look like malay. But he has a eurasion surname cause his grandmother is eurasian.. Some people like to make rojak mah..
That is the dumbest shit i have heard. Chinese do not look like malays nor the opposite. Chinese Singaporeans are chinese and Malay Singaporeans are Malay....shessh.
U ask the geneticists n they'll tell u we all originated from 100,000 naked monkeys standing upright, frolicking and rooming around the Africa's savanna.
