maybe u can join me, just walk into any roadside barber shop and say uncle pls cut botak, most of the time is less then $10

for me, it's either EC or QB..
simple & fuss-free but I like EC better coz can earn linkpoints..

my friend cut his hair at Mandarin Gallery and always got decent hair cut! This stylist rented a few seats from this atas salon (i forgot what name in exact) and only take in Biz by reservations. She used to have a salon in Raffles Hotel (call Headquarters) but due to commitment issues she prefer to run a smaller scale biz. I think before that she was from Reds
I think its $30+ but below $40, u can try calling her and ask!

Woodlands is considered as local ''Malaysia''. I alway go to Woodlands Library to read Malaysian newspapers.Outside the library there is an EC House shop.

no leh my its real! my friend cut his hair at $30 but probably thats referral rates. In any case, no $300 la lol! cuz she's only renting a few seats and do regulars' biz via reservations. you can try! look for Ann at the stated hp haha but i heard comments like waiting time bit long and so though

Recently around Singapore, there's alot of branches of "Snip Avenue" popping all over the place... Hair cut from $2.80... Salon but cheap sia...I have no idea how come even cheaper then neighbourhood barber... No idea how they earn money... -___-

Oh, that. They have a branch at Clementi Mall. I always see long queues, even on weekday mornings.
Anyway, I suppose they do simple cuts, QB-House style. If you want a proper cut/ wash/ style, you would still have to pay quite a bit.
