Working as accounting line, but dosen't really suits me at all, so a change of career is what i did. I want to be a patisserie.
I have no experience, sux qualification but... not that sux though it's still sux for my languages.....Anyway..., I want to enter At-Sunrice instead of shatec but it seems there is a need of 2 recommendation letters, means experence are needed, i guess....
But finding a job doing in kitchen, they need qualification... What should I do? or How should I start? anyone know??? about baking lines????
i dont think recomendation letter is needed coz you go there as a new student , unless u want work at certain company and they give you a recomendation letter.
If not you can try BITC at prima tower , no need letter for enrolment , also have diploma in patisserie
Difference is shatec and sunrice are more on hotel + service type , BITC is industry type , module are same except the sunrice have module like interaction with customer , serving drinks
