Welcome to real lifeif I give 1000 people advise and few of them made it, does it makes me a guru?
At the end of all these talks, they will give a disclaimer that in the end, the person itself needs to have the quality, effort blah blah blah to work... if not it wont work...
then why are ppl still willingly go???

Networking towards business and sales is a skill, tool, method, watever you put it...and yes, it can be a religion if one constantly believes and is willing to pour in money without getting anything in return but empty hope... Hmmm, I believe it can be called Love too
Everyone loves success stories, I'm sure most of us have heard b4 phrases like "You see that guy over there driving the BMW? He was just once like you!"
They let u look at the positive side, without looking the guys who spent money but got negetive in return... That's when the disclaimer kicks in to save their butts, "You need effort, time, blah blah blah"Which is why, there is a difference between engaging a seminar speaker, and a consultation service...

self help books are meant to suppliment, not to take it as a main skill...an example of a mounted V8 engine on a old car in the 60s vs a normal car from today... even with a V8 engine, the old car still wont win the normal car... The tires, gearsbox, car chassis etc etc will probably breakdown...

Retiring early to travel around the world can get boring after a while. Unless you are very clear about what you want to achieve when you retire and travel. Just travelling here and there, depleting dollar after dollar and naively thinking one can have a lot of pure fun is just sinful.
Even the rich do not retire and travel round the world. From what I observe, family bliss and harmony at retirement age is more important than anything else. Travelling once or twice a year with the family seems more likely.

after reading those books, get some ideas, must take action.. no action no result.. talk talk only no use..
start building weatlh, and travel when you are still young and able..
whatever you want to do in life, u got to start finding ways to do it..
